She was a resident of the Lake Travis area for over 20 and now resides North of Houston in Magnolia, she has changed the lifestyles of many families and has assisted in moving them from across the street to across the country not only in West Travis County but also in the city of Austin and its surrounding areas, the Texas Hill County, Mexico and the Bahamas.

Outside of real estate Carol dedicates her personal time to her husband Dennis of 42 years and her family. She loves interior design, art and traveling. ,In the recent past she was a member of The Rotary Club of Bee Caves, The Rotary Club of Lakeway, the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, youth programs at Emmaus Catholic Church, Heroic Media and numerous charities on the Austin area. Currently she is involved in the music program of St. Anthonys of Padua in The Woodlands, as well as a member of the church council, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and hospital ministry at St. Lukes Hospital.

For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her two loves – architecture and helping families find their most important investment, a home in The Woodlands.

Louise wants prospective clients to know that she will work extremely hard to achieve what they want. She has a deep concern for the needs of her clients and prides herself in being able to facilitate the real estate process and create solutions where other people may see problems. A native of Louisiana, Louise moved to Houston in 2001 and resided in The Heights before relocating to The Woodlands in 2006. In addition to her law degree, she has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management. She is a member of the Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and serves on the planning committee of the Giving Goes Glam fundraiser. She also volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands and The John Cooper School’s parent organizations.
